Day 12 – Tuesday 28 November Today the boys continued to remove soil from the site down to the skip bin.  They also dug the holes for the posts of the retaining wall. The moved the digger down onto the driveway to load the gravel needed to backfill the gap

Day 11 – Monday 27th November Damo and John continued with the retaining wall slotting the last sleepers into place on either end.       Then it was time to tackle the bushes resisting removal at the front of the house.  Eventually crowbars were required to finish the job.

Day 9 – Thursday 23 November The detailed measuring and placement of the steel posts for the concrete sleepers begin. John has a lot of concrete to mix and Wacker around the side and up the slope at the back of the house.
