Easy Sausage Rolls

  • 6 Flavoured Sausages of your choice
  • 3 sheets Puff Pastry
  • 1 egg whisked for wash


  • Thaw the puff pastry sheets and cut in half.
  • Slit the skin on the sausages and press open.
  • Lay the sausages on each puff pastry sheet and roll up. (cut of any extra that you don’t need)
  • Use the whisked egg and brush around the edges to seal the sausage roll. Cut in half if you want medium sized sausage rolls.
  • Lay the sausage rolls on baking paper. Spread them out so they cook evenly.
  • Brush the sausage rolls with whisked egg.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes before turning over and cooking for another 5 – 8 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve with your favourite sauce.


Makes 6 large, 12 medium or 18 small sausage rolls
Please note, when you slit open the sausages you can add some extra ingredients such as chilli, a little garlic, shallots etc. for added flavour.
