Slow Cooked Chicken, Prawns and Dumpling Soup

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs
- 600 grams prawns
- 1 red chilli chopped finely
- 2 carrots sliced finely or julienne
- 3 Pak Choy
- Handful of beans
- 3 tsp ginger grated or julienne
- 2 tsp garlic grated
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 oyster sauce
- 2 L chicken stock
- 500 grams Prawn dumplings
- 250 grams Vermicelli noodles
Instructions
- Place all the liquids, the ginger and garlic to the slow cooker. Slice the carrots, beans, chilli and chicken, then add to slow cooker. Give everything a mix.
- Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours
- 30 minutes before serving add Pak Choy, prawns and dumplings
- 10 minutes before serving add noodles

Serve with crunchy bread or buns
