Brisbane – Auckland – Hamilton. Day 1

Day 1  Brisbane – Auckland – Hamilton

Early start with Liam dropping us to the Brisbane airport for our 3 ¼ hour flight to Auckland.  Collected a hire car and made our way south the Hamilton.  Stayed in the city centre. Took a short walk along the river and enjoyed a drink at the Novotel bar (where I remembered I had stayed previously with the SSAA) and then dined on Italian across the road. The Italian place I wanted to dine at,  Adrianna’s was unfortunately closed on Sunday nights.
